Two experienced Realtors and directors Geoff Hughan and Arthur Ponton established our company on the first of November 2002.
KEYRESIDENTIAL has now trebled in size to include four experienced sales personnel and two administration staff. Our aim is to continue servicing our existing clients with real estate sales, rentals and strata management services together with offering new customers a fresh and honest approach to real estate.

KEYRESIDENTIAL is one of a select group of preferred Agents utilised by the Water Authority of Western Australia and the Racing and Wagering of WA (TAB) to market and provide advice on their various properties.
